Pilates is a physical practice that improves strength, flexibility, posture and balance through a combination of intensity and awareness of movement during the class. Pilates is a total body workout that awakens your nervous and digestive systems, stimulates blood and lymph circulation, and works your internal muscles for a strong and energetic body.

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Barre is ideal if you're just getting into exercise. The classes will improve your balance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core. As you get more comfortable and fit, you can ramp up the intensity by adding weights and more challenging moves

Power workout is circuit training with weights. They are fit for you if you want to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat. It will also help you to strengthen your whole body and become stronger. DIFFICULTY: 🗲🗲

Kickboxing provides an overall cardiovascular workout that aids in weight loss. It also helps tone the overall body through punching, kicking, padwork, and various other movements. Many find kickboxing allows them to receive a cardio and resistance workout simultaneously and helps build confidence.

Please note

To ensure your comfort, we've organized classes into separate groups for men and women. The only exception is our Sunday's mixed Kickboxing and Stretching classes, where both men and women are welcome!

Hot Ass

Hot Ass - a workout that will set your glutes on fire.
We will work on our lower body to make it look fit.
The program is designed to make your legs leaner and your glutes more elastic. We will use a variety of equipment and training scenarios.

Recovery

Workout that reminds the self-massage. Everyone who works out more than twice a week or feels tightness and muscle or joint pain needs to do this workout.
Using special rollers, balls, and exercises, you’ll relax and massage your muscles after strength and cardio workouts. We’ll work on fascia, a layer of tissue that covers our organs and muscles. This way, your muscles will recover faster, and you’ll see the expected result after previous workouts.

Hot Body

An intense strength workout that effectively targets all muscle groups, helping you achieve your perfect body! The workout includes Pilates exercises and funktional\strengt training with light weights. It aims at sculpting and strengthening muscles, as well as weight loss. Beginner friendly.
