Power Pilates
Barre

Pilates is a physical practice that improves strength, flexibility, posture and balance through a combination of intensity and awareness of movement during the class. Pilates is a total body workout that awakens your nervous and digestive systems, stimulates blood and lymph circulation, and works your internal muscles for a strong and energetic body.

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Barre is ideal if you're just getting into exercise. The classes will improve your balance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core. As you get more comfortable and fit, you can ramp up the intensity by adding weights and more challenging moves

Wild Stretching

A workout suitable for all fitness levels. It's more about body flexibility and functionality than doing the splits. We recommend stretching after intense functional and cardio workouts for recovery and better muscle development. Stretching helps your muscles get more oxygen. This in turn improves blood flow to your muscles, helping them to recover and develop properly. Our stretching class is not only a physical exercise, but also an opportunity to connect with your body, improve its functionality and enhance your overall wellbeing. Hot Barre

What do you need to know

Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before your workout.

Classes are held in the language that everyone in the class speaks. However, the trainer will duplicate information in English or German if necessary.

In the changing room, you can borrow a free towel.

You can cancel a class registration without losing it 6 hours before the class starts or earlier.
Important: If a class is canceled later than 6 hours prior to the class, it will not be returned to your account.

If the minimum attendance is not met, the class will be canceled at least 2 hours before the class starts.

So that you can be proud of yourself afterward, our coaches may record stories during the workout. 😁
Please let us know if you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories!

We recommend a meal 2 hours before the workout in order to be full of energy but not heavy.
