Power Pilates
Barre
H.I.I.T.-BOXING

Pilates is a physical practice that improves strength, flexibility, posture and balance through a combination of intensity and awareness of movement during the class. Pilates is a total body workout that awakens your nervous and digestive systems, stimulates blood and lymph circulation, and works your internal muscles for a strong and energetic body.

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Barre is ideal if you're just getting into exercise. The classes will improve your balance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core. As you get more comfortable and fit, you can ramp up the intensity by adding weights and more challenging moves

H.I.IT.-Boxing provides a total cardiovascular workout that aids in weight loss. It also helps to tone the entire body through a series of punches, kicks, padwork, and various other movements. Active functional class for all levels.
People find that boxing allows them to get a cardio and resistance workout at the same time and helps build confidence.

Wild Booty Sculpt

Wild Booty Sculpt- a workout that will set your glutes on fire.
We will work on our lower body to make it look fit.
The program is designed to make your legs leaner and your glutes more elastic. We will use a variety of equipment and training scenarios.

Wild Stretching

A workout suitable for all fitness levels. It's more about body flexibility and functionality than doing the splits. We recommend stretching after intense functional and cardio workouts for recovery and better muscle development. Stretching helps your muscles get more oxygen. This in turn improves blood flow to your muscles, helping them to recover and develop properly. Our stretching class is not only a physical exercise, but also an opportunity to connect with your body, improve its functionality and enhance your overall wellbeing. Wild Body Sculpt

An intense strength workout that effectively targets all muscle groups, helping you achieve your perfect body! The workout includes Pilates exercises and funktionalstrengt training with light weights. It aims at sculpting and strengthening muscles, as well as weight loss. Beginner friendly.

TRX

You’ll work out using your body weight and TRX bands, without any additional equipment. You’ll do full-body workouts thanks to the balance and different slope angles. Some workouts can be harder and more intense. We recommend trying out different trainers and picking your favorite one. But even if you’re a novice, our trainer will select the most appropriate difficulty for you and make sure you do everything the right way!

A super intense 45-minute workout designed for those aiming for a killer start to their day! Not for beginners. We'll be using weights, bodyweight exercises, and resistance bands to push your limits and get you in top shape!

What do you need to know

Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before your workout.

Classes are held in the language that everyone in the class speaks. However, the trainer will duplicate information in English or German if necessary.

In the changing room, you can borrow a free towel.

You can cancel a class registration without losing it 6 hours before the class starts or earlier.
Important: If a class is canceled later than 6 hours prior to the class, it will not be returned to your account.

If the minimum attendance is not met, the class will be canceled at least 2 hours before the class starts.

So that you can be proud of yourself afterward, our coaches may record stories during the workout. 😁
Please let us know if you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories!

We recommend a meal 2 hours before the workout in order to be full of energy but not heavy.
