Hot Barre
Elegant. Intense. And hot.
Hot Barre is a full-body workout with ballet vibes – Jungle style.
You’ll work on posture, strength, and flexibility – in a 35 °C heated room that boosts circulation, warms your body, and makes you sweat. Experience how every movement goes deeper, how your focus sharpens – and how you leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and stronger.

Hot Pilates
Strength starts from within.
Hot Pilates is your energizing core workout in a 35 °C heated room – for deep muscle activation, flexibility, and focus.
Every movement becomes more intense with the heat, every repetition more mindful.
You’ll train your whole body, strengthen your core, and leave the class feeling clear, powerful, and in flow.
Level: Intermediate

MAT-Pilates
Mat Pilates – control meets strength.
Pilates at The Jungle is not a gentle stretch. It’s a powerful full-body workout on the mat that strengthens your core, improves posture, and builds balance and flexibility.
Through precise, controlled movements you’ll activate deep muscles, release tension, and create strength from the inside out.
Expect focus, burn, and a strong body that carries you with confidence.

What do you need to know
Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before your workout.
Classes are held in the language that everyone in the class speaks. However, the trainer will duplicate information in English or German if necessary.
In the changing room, you can borrow a free towel.
You can cancel a class registration without losing it 6 hours before the class starts or earlier.
Important: If a class is canceled later than 6 hours prior to the class, it will not be returned to your account.
If the minimum attendance is not met, the class will be canceled at least 2 hours before the class starts.
So that you can be proud of yourself afterward, our coaches may record stories during the workout. 😁
Please let us know if you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories!
We recommend a meal 2 hours before the workout in order to be full of energy but not heavy.
