Stretch for splits

This class is all about flexibility and control. With deep stretches, mobility drills, and safe progressions, youโ€™ll open your hips, lengthen your muscles, and move closer to your splits โ€“ no matter where you start.

More than stretching: we focus on technique, alignment, and strength, so you build real flexibility that lasts.
Perfect for anyone who wants to feel lighter, more mobile, and achieve their flexibility goals.

What do you need to know

Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before your workout.

Classes are held in the language that everyone in the class speaks. However, the trainer will duplicate information in English or German if necessary.

In the changing room, you can borrow a free towel.

You can cancel a class registration without losing it 6 hours before the class starts or earlier.
Important: If a class is canceled later than 6 hours prior to the class, it will not be returned to your account.

If the minimum attendance is not met, the class will be canceled at least 2 hours before the class starts.

So that you can be proud of yourself afterward, our coaches may record stories during the workout. ๐Ÿ˜
Please let us know if you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories!

We recommend a meal 2 hours before the workout in order to be full of energy but not heavy.
