BOOTY+ CORE BLAST
A high-energy workout that targets the two areas every woman loves to train: glutes & core.
We move through stations with focused exercises that sculpt your booty, strengthen your abs, and build deep core stability. Expect intensity, sweat, and the burn — but also visible results.
Perfect if you want a stronger midsection, lifted glutes, and a more defined shape.
All levels welcome — we’ll guide you through every move.

What do you need to know
Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before your workout.
Classes are held in the language that everyone in the class speaks. However, the trainer will duplicate information in English or German if necessary.
In the changing room, you can borrow a free towel.
You can cancel a class registration without losing it 6 hours before the class starts or earlier.
Important: If a class is canceled later than 6 hours prior to the class, it will not be returned to your account.
If the minimum attendance is not met, the class will be canceled at least 2 hours before the class starts.
So that you can be proud of yourself afterward, our coaches may record stories during the workout. 😁
Please let us know if you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories!
We recommend a meal 2 hours before the workout in order to be full of energy but not heavy.
