TRX CLASSES

TRX-full body

You’ll work out using your body weight and TRX bands, without any additional equipment. You’ll do full-body workouts thanks to the balance and different slope angles. Some workouts can be harder and more intense. We recommend trying out different trainers and picking your favorite one. But even if you’re a novice, our trainer will select the most appropriate difficulty for you and make sure you do everything the right way!

TRX-Barre

TRX Barre combines the best of both worlds: targeted movements from barre training with the unstable challenge of TRX.
You’ll work with your bodyweight, push your balance, and activate deep muscles – from core to glutes.

TRX-Pilates
TRX is a suspension training system that uses straps and your own body weight instead of machines. By adjusting angles and resistance, every exercise becomes a challenge for your strength, stability, and core control.
It’s functional, effective, and perfect for anyone who wants to get stronger, leaner, and more in tune with their body.

What do you need to know

Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before your workout.

Classes are held in the language that everyone in the class speaks. However, the trainer will duplicate information in English or German if necessary.

In the changing room, you can borrow a free towel.

You can cancel a class registration without losing it 6 hours before the class starts or earlier.
Important: If a class is canceled later than 6 hours prior to the class, it will not be returned to your account.

If the minimum attendance is not met, the class will be canceled at least 2 hours before the class starts.

So that you can be proud of yourself afterward, our coaches may record stories during the workout. 😁
Please let us know if you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories!

We recommend a meal 2 hours before the workout in order to be full of energy but not heavy.
